TIE Fighter Pilot is made from a POTF TIE Fighter Pilot (go figure!), and the head from a Space Quest figure. I boiled and popped the heads. I added sculpey to the Space Quest neck to give it a ribbed Stormtrooper neck look. Once the sculpey cured, I painted the ribs black and glued the head to the body. Using a Dremel grinding stone I hollowed out the TIE Pilot helmet to fit the head. Be careful; file away too much and you will ruin the helmet!! You can barely make it out, but it you look at the left eye on the helmet close enough you will notice a small pin hole where I started grinding too close.
