Title 41

Col. Wulf Yularen can be seen in the briefing room scene of A New Hope. This is the scene in which Vader chokes Motti. I made Col. Wulf from a Grand Moff Tarkin figure. I simply added sculpey to the face to create a moustache. Once the sculpey cured (by boiling the figure) I painted his hair, moustache, and tunic white; and painted his pants black. I left the rank insignia the same, just because I was lazy. This was an easy custom that turned out really good.
