Title 39

This is basically a simple repaint. First I removed the antenae and filled in the hole with sculpey. I glued the two pieces of the head together so the do not split apart. I also cut off the "trigger button". I painted the head, upper legs, and various panels a yellow/orange color. I used masking tape on the head for the white lines on the head. I followed the color scheme from the Special Edition. I had to repaint the eyes and "neck" silver. Once all the paint dried, I gave the figure a wash in black and dry brushed some tan on the feet. I realize he was not as dirty looking in the film, but I really like the "used" look. By the way what were all those droids doing wander the streets of Mos Eisley anyway?? I finished him off with Testor's dull coat.
