This Stormtrooper was made from a commtech Stormtrooper and the left forearm of the POTJ Sandtrooper. I boiled both figures and popped off the arms. I then inserted the arms back into the other figure. No special work had to be done to make the arm fit on this figure (it is a tight fit though). Then I cut off the hands. I turned them just a bit so that he could hold his blaster with both hands. Finally, I glued the hands in place.
