Boba Fett is made from a Delux Boba Fett body, Shadows (2-pack) Boba Fett backpack, Qui-Gon forearms & hands, and Corps figure arms and knees.
I cut the Fett arms off at the upper arms. I then dremelled out the upper arm, leaving a hollow socket. I cut the Corps arms off just above the swivel articulation and filed down the upper arm to fit inside Fett upper arms. I cut Qui-Gon's arms off below the elbow articulation, and I also cut off the Corps arms at the same; and glued the Qui-Gon forearms to the Corps elbows. I filed down the Qui-Gon arms into a smooth cylinder. I cut the Fett gauntlets off and hollowed them off with my dremel so that they fit over Qui-Gon's arms. I then glued the gauntlets in place. I painted Qui-Gon's hands brown and snapped back into the articulation. The Corps arms I used were light grey so I did not have to paint them.
I cut Fetts legs off at the knees, carefully cutting the shape of the kneepads. I then filed the back of Fetts legs down. I cut the Corps figures legs off at the knees and glued them to Fetts legs. A little filing had to be done to get the knees and legs to fit properly. I used sculpey to blend the pieces together. Once the sculpey cured I painted the thighs and knees light grey. I gave the figure a wash in thinned out black. Lastly, I gave him a cloth cape (made from an old pair of khaki pants) and "real" Wookie braids made from stitching yarn
